Content
History
After the war, she was in Mukachevo as part of the 38th Army of the Carpathian Military District ; on August 4, 1954 it was reorganized into a rifle one.
Awards and honorary titles
- "Guards " - the honorary title was awarded by order of the People’s Commissar of Defense of October 9, 1943 for the courage shown in battles for the Fatherland with the German invaders, for stamina, courage, discipline and organization.
- "Turkestan" - the name was transferred on October 9, 1943 from the 83rd Mountain Division during the transformation into the 128th Guards Mountain Division.
- Order of the Red Banner - was awarded by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR of April 24, 1944 for exemplary performance of combat missions of command on the front of the struggle against the German invaders, the liberation of the city of Kerch and the valor and courage shown.
