Biography
He became a FIFA arbitrator in 2011 [1] .
Served the 2015 and 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup matches. In 2016, he was the arbiter of the Centenary Cup of America , where he served for group stage meetings.
In 2018, by FIFA decision, he was elected chief arbiter for servicing matches of the World Cup in Russia [2] [3] .
