Content
History
In 1969, by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, the village of the ship repair base named after Kuibyshev was renamed into Plotovinka [2] .
Geography
The village is located in the southeastern part of the Astrakhan region, in the Volga river delta , on the banks of the river. Shaga-Bushma and Eric Plotovinka. The street network consists of two geographical objects : st. Coastal and st. Road.

According to the All-Russian Census , in 2010 the population of the village was 175 people (81 men and 94 women, 46.3 and 53.7 %%, respectively) [1] .
According to the 2002 census , in the national structure of the population, Kazakhs made up 64%, Russians 35% of the total number of 193 residents [4] .
