October South Ruchey ( Slobodsky ravine ) is a small river in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district of the North-Western administrative district of Moscow , the left tributary of the Moscow River . The upper reaches are destroyed, the lower reaches are flooded, and the river channel is removed into the underground reservoir . The first name came from the Oktyabrskoe Pole metro station, it is indicated in the technical documentation of Mosgorvodokanal . The second is given by Yuri Andreyevich Nasimovich in the Soldiers' settlement , which was located on the right bank of the river [1] [2] .

The former length with temporary watercourses in the upper reaches was about three kilometers, after being confined to the collector - 1.9 km [1] [3] . The source is located near Demyan Bednogo street . The river flows west to the south of Marshal Tukhachevsky Street . Then it crosses the embankment of Novikov-Priboy and flows into the Khoroshevsky straightening on the Moscow River [4] [5] .
