Born in 1916.

Education

  • 1937 - graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Dagestan Medical Institute .

Activity

In the years 1937-39. - Service in the Red Army.

In 1939-41 - Assistant Teacher Dagmedinstituta.

From 1941 to 1943 he was in the army in force - he was a senior regiment doctor, commander of the medical battalion, and head of the evacuation hospital.

In 1943 he was appointed deputy. Minister of Health of the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In the future, Serenko becomes Minister of Health of the DASSR .

Since 1954, Alexander Fedorovich went on increasing: he is already the first deputy. Minister of Health of the RSFSR.
