.cn is the national top level domain for China . Some free .cn domains may be reserved. The .cn domain registry does not provide data on which specific domains are reserved. Registration of domain names that can be used for the following actions is prohibited in the CN domain [1] :
- violation of the basic principles described in the Constitution of the PRC;
- threat to national security, leak of classified information, calls for the overthrow of the government;
- appeals of an inhuman nature that offend human dignity or religious feelings, calls for disruption of public order or social stability in the PRC;
- distribution of pornography, obscenity, gambling, violence, terror or provocation of crimes in the PRC;
- insult, slander, infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other people in China.
