She graduated from the Physics Department of Moscow State University (1949) and graduate school. Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences (1953), thesis topic "Nuclear-active component of extensive air showers and nuclear cascade process".
She worked at Moscow State University: assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, in 1980-2011 professor at the Department of Cosmic Rays and Space Physics / Space Physics, Faculty of Physics. She taught courses in Nuclear Physics, High Energy Physics and Elementary Particles, and Physics of Fundamental Interactions.
In 1994-2011, concurrently, the main research fellow at the Department of Experimental High Energy Physics of the Research Institute of Nuclear Physics .
Doctor of physico-mathematical sciences (1975). Professor (1980).
Research interests: high and ultrahigh-energy physics at accelerators and in cosmic rays.
Prize winner M.V. Lomonosova (1960) as part of the team of authors for the work "On the Features of the Interaction of High-Energy Nucleons with Light and Heavy Nuclei".
