TsIATIM-201

It is a frost-resistant lubricant designed for lubrication of lightly loaded friction, rolling and sliding units.

Scope of TsIATIM-201 greasing:

Friction units operating with low shear at low loads, aircraft, radio equipment, electromechanical and other devices and precise mechanisms.

The main operational characteristics of Tsiatim-201:

• It is efficient at temperatures from −60 to +90 ° С.
• Lubricants Tsiatim-201, Tsiatim-202 are similar in composition and in most cases interchangeable.
• It is made in accordance with GOST 6267-74
• Easy to rinse with water

Weaknesses

• Over time, in the open air, it dries and loses its performance properties.
• During prolonged storage, oil begins to separate, which degrades its performance.

TsIATIM-202

• Lubricants Tsiatim-201, Tsiatim-202 are similar in composition and in most cases interchangeable.

TsIATIM-203

Transformer oil thickened with lithium soap of technical salomas and sulphurous asidole; contains viscosity and extreme pressure additives.

Scope of Tsiatim-203 greasing:

Gear, worm gears of reducers, sliding bearings and rolling bearings; various power drives, screw pairs, loaded gearboxes, mechanisms operated in open areas, friction units of cars.

The main operational characteristics of Tsiatim-203:

• It is efficient at a temperature of −50 ... + 100 ° С.
• Surpasses TsIATIM-201 in chemical and colloidal stability and anti-wear characteristics.

Litol-24

Petroleum oil with a viscosity of 60-75 mm ² / s at 50 ° C, thickened with lithium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid in an amount of 10-15%; contains antioxidant and viscous additives. Appearance - a uniform ointment from light yellow to brown.

Scope of greasing:

Rolling and sliding bearings of all types, joints, gears and other gears, friction surfaces of wheeled and tracked vehicles, industrial mechanisms, electric machines, etc. The grease can be used for conservation.

Main operational characteristics:

• High colloidal, chemical and mechanical stability
• Water resistance is moderate, as the leachability index is 6.5% ( link ). For comparison, specialized lubricants on similar petroleum oils on other thickeners can have this indicator up to 0.8%.
• It is efficient at a temperature of −40 ... + 120 ° С, it remains operational for a short time at a temperature of +130 ° С, it does not harden when heated.
• Consistency NLGI 3
• The welding load on a four-ball machine is mediocre, 1400-1500 n. ^[one]
• It is made in accordance with GOST 21150-87

Litol-24RK

A mixture of petroleum oils, thickened with lithium soap of hydroxystearic acid; contains anticorrosive, protective, viscous and antioxidant additives. Waterproof, anticorrosive, preservation grease. Provides conservation of friction units for 10 years. It is efficient at a temperature of −40 ... + 120 ° С. It is produced according to TU 38 of the Ukrainian SSR 201342-80. The scope is similar to Litol-24.
