History
Ssyolki arose no later than the XVI century, known according to documents from the middle of the XVII century. Up to the first quarter of the 18th century, the village had the name Old Lodygino. The village was desolate, apparently, at the beginning of the XVII century. This is indicated by the document of 1652: "... against the village of Sitova, beyond the River Forest Voronezh on the Nagaisk side, that was the old village of Ladygino." In the middle of the XVII century on the site of the village was a prison with a tower. The village was re-populated in the second half of the XVII century. At that time it was part of the Sokolsky district (the administrative center of the county is the city of Sokolsk). In the census book of Sokolsky district in 1716, the village is indicated with the name Old Lodygino. It was the church of Michael the Archangel. But already in the reviz fairy tale of 1722-1727. This village is recorded as Ssyolki. This name was fixed in the later documents.
During the construction of the Belgorod line in the middle of the XVII century, some villages were on the outside of the line. Their inhabitants were expelled and transferred to the line. But after a short time, the displaced inhabitants returned to their former place, reviving their village. In this case, the settlement is the place from which peasants were settled, and then returned to it (the present village is outside the Belgorod line).
In 1895 - 1905, the Church of the Archangel Michael was built in Ssyolki [1] ( architectural monument (regional) ).
In 1984, the village became part of the Pravoberezhny district of Lipetsk . Before that, Ssilki was the center of the Ssielkovo Village Council of the Gryazinsky District of the Lipetsk Region . In 1994, the village administration was abolished.
