Biography
Born in a Bulgarian colony Chumlekoy Ivanovo-Bulgarian volost. In 1918 he graduated from the 4th course of the Agronomy Department of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute. In 1909-1919, he was a member of the party of left-wing socialists-revolutionaries , an activist of its grassroots cells. In 1919 he joined the RCP (b). In the same year - deputy head of the department of city government, a fighter of the labor battalion and a member of the board of the county land department in Proskurov, Kamenetz-Podolsk province .
Since October 6, 1919 - in the Nizhny Novgorod Provincial Administration of Farms of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture of the RSFSR (Gubsovkhoz) [1] . Since October 16, 1919 - Chairman of the National Economy Council of the Nizhny Novgorod Provincial Executive Committee (GIK), from January 24, 1920 - a member of the board of his land department. From May 15, 1920, he was the head of the Soviet department of the land department of the Nizhny Novgorod State Electoral Commission, from January 1922, the deputy head of the land department of the State Electoral Commission, and from March 4, 1922 to December 18, 1922, he was again the head of the Soviet department of the land department of the State Electoral Commission. Arrested on October 8, 1937 under article 58/10/11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, convicted on June 10, 1938, and executed on the same day. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces on January 22, 1957.
