Biography
In service class rank since 1845 after graduating from the Imperial College of Law [1] . Since 1858, a college adviser , head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice [2] .
In 1862 he was a state councilor , vice-director [3] and since 1865, director [4] of the Department of Public Education of the Ministry of Public Education . In 1862 he was promoted to full state councilor , and in 1864 to privy councilor .
Since 1868, the senator has been present and first present in the Criminal Cassation Department of the Governing Senate . In 1885 he was promoted to acting under secret adviser [5] .
He was awarded all Russian orders up to the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky granted to him in 1878.
He was buried in the St. John Chrysostom Cathedral in Yalta (Crimea) .
