Biography
Antonina Maksimovna Kazarina was born in 1930. She graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in violin (teacher Yu. I. Eidlin).
In 1950-1990, she played in the symphony orchestra of the Leningrad Opera and Ballet Theater. S. M. Kirova (later the Mariinsky Theater), where she grew up to the first solo accompanist.
Since 1985, she taught at the Department of Violin and Viola, professor at the St. Petersburg Conservatory. The game of students by A.M. Kazarina is distinguished by high professional training, musicality and excellent technique. She taught master classes at foreign conservatories. Among her students are students from Finland, Sweden, Colombia, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.
For many years she was a member of the jury of international and all-Russian competitions.
Awards and Prizes
- Honored Artist of the Dagestan ASSR ( 1969 ) [2] .
- Honored Artist of the RSFSR ( May 10, 1977 ).
- People's Artist of the RSFSR ( July 5, 1983 ).
- Order of Honor ( October 28, 2002 ) - for many years of fruitful activity in the field of culture and art [3] .
- Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation ( December 5, 2010 ) - for his contribution to the development of domestic culture and art, many years of creative activity [4] .
