Biography
Born in 1904. Member of the CPSU.
Graduate of the Moscow Industrial Academy. Since 1939 - on economic, social and political work. In 1939 - 1974 - People’s Commissar of the Textile Industry of the Uzbek SSR, Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Uzbek SSR, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan for Textile and Light Industry, Secretary of the Kashk-Darya Regional Committee, 1st Secretary of the Ferghana Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Uzbekistan, Deputy Minister of Industry consumer goods, Minister of Light Industry of the Uzbek SSR, chairman of the CHX of the Samarkand Economic Administrative Region, trade representative of the USSR in the United Arab Republic Ke, deputy head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, Minister of Light Industry of the Uzbek SSR, Soviet trade representative in Sudan, Trade Representative of the USSR in Kenya.
