Biography
Born in 1909 in Vitebsk. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1931 - on economic, social and political work. In 1931 - 1965 - OGPU officer, graduate of the Novo-Petergofsky school of the NKVD, head of the post, deputy head of the 60th Maritime POGO UPV NKVD of the Primorsky District in Kamchatka, head of the department of the UPV MGB of the Kamchatka District, 1st deputy head of the UPV MGB of the Sakhalin District, deputy head of the UPV of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tycho District, Head of the UPV KGB Central Asian District.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 5th and 6th convocations.
He died before 1985.
