Timofei Grigorievich Zinin ( February 2 [15], 1912 , Zasechnoye , Penza province [1] - March 1, 1992, Tashkent ) - Soviet economic, state and political figure, candidate of technical sciences, corresponding member of the Agricultural Academy.

Biography
Born in 1912 in the village of Zasechnoye [1] . Member of the CPSU.
Since 1936 - on economic, social and political work. In 1936 - 1992 - Junior researcher, topic leader, chief engineer, deputy director for science at the Central Station for Cotton Mechanization and Agricultural Engineering, deputy director for science at the Central Asian Research Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture, deputy director, head of the agricultural department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, chairman of the mechanization and electrification section SAO VASKHNIL.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Uzbek SSR of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th convocations.
He died in Tashkent in 1992.
