Biography
Born in 1930 in the Kurgantepa district. Member of the CPSU since 1957.
Since 1950 - on economic, social and political work. In 1950 - 1985 - agronomist of the state farm, deputy secretary of the party committee, director of the cotton farm “Savay” of the Kurgan-Tepi district, deputy chairman of the district executive committee, secretary of the Andijan regional committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, first secretary of the Izbaskan district committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, first secretary of the Kurganepin district committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 25, 1976, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th and 7th convocations, the Supreme Council of the Uzbek SSR of the 9th and 10th convocations.
He died on January 25, 2004 in the hometown of Kurgantepa.
