Biography
Born in 1921 in Kokand. Member of the CPSU since 1943.
Since 1942 - on economic, social and political work. In 1942 - 1989 - Student of the Department of Physics and Mathematics of the Central Asian State University, graduate student at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, senior researcher at the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, Director of the Institute of Mathematics V. I. Romanovsky, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, head of the department of probability theory and mathematical statistics, rector of Tashkent State University. V.I. Lenin, vice president of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the Uzbek SSR of the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th convocations.
He died in Tashkent in 1989.
