A cyber-planned economy is an effective economic state system in which material resources are publicly owned and distributed in accordance with a centralized economic plan calculated by an automated control system on modern computer systems using artificial intelligence and methods of mathematical modeling of economic phenomena .

History
Even the Polish economist Oscar Lange in the 1950s pointed to the use of computers as an opportunity to improve planning efficiency.
In the 1960s and 1980s , there have been attempts in history to implement such automated government control, for example, such projects as:
- The nationwide automated system for accounting and information processing (OGAS) in the USSR ;
- Cybersin in Chile , implemented under the government of Salvador Allende (1970-1973).
In the 2010s, journalist Anatoly Wasserman expressed the view that the computing power of modern computer technology allows you to create a unique and accurate production plan, devoid of the flaws that affect the market economy [1] .
State Corporation
Modern economists notice that today in the management of large corporations quite effective various automated control systems (ACS) have gained great development - primarily such as ERP ( English Enterprise Resource Planning , enterprise resource planning). And for greater efficiency, modern ERP uses such advanced technologies as machine learning , artificial intelligence and the Internet of things . So for the effective management of the modern state, it would theoretically be possible to create a single effective ACS built on the principles of modern corporate ERP systems. But for this, the socio-economic structure of the state will have to be built on the principles of a single corporation - subordinating all the material resources to the state itself ( public property ) and introducing a planned economy in state management.
