Biography
Born in 1923 at the Petrovsky Farm. Member of the CPSU.
Member of the Great Patriotic War, then - in the Soviet Army. Since 1948 - on economic, social and political work. In 1948 - 1985 - propagandist, head of the organizational department, first secretary of the Milyutinsky district committee of the Komsomol, at party work in the Chernyshevsky district of the Rostov region, head of the inspection for the production and procurement of agricultural products of the Zimovnikovsky production department, first secretary of the Zimovnikovsky district committee of the CPSU.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 7, 1973, the title of Hero of Socialist Labor was awarded with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle."
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 10th convocation.
He died in Rostov-on-Don in 1992.
