Biography

Born on October 12, 1941 in the village of Melnikovka (now Smelyansky district , Cherkasy region , Ukraine ). He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of KSU named after T. G. Shevchenko . Member of the Union of Writers of Ukraine ( 1987 ).

  • National Taras Shevchenko Prize of Ukraine ( 2005 ) - for the book of poems “Servant of Pivonia”

Creativity

One of the leaders of the underground of the 1970s, the founders of the Kiev Poetry School [1] . The first book was published in 1985 .
