Biography

Born in Zvenigorodka of the Kiev province in a Jewish family. He received higher education , a member of the RCP (b) . Full member of the research department on the history of European culture in 1922, professor at Kharkov University , rector of the Artyom Communist University since 1923, professor at the All-Ukrainian Institute of Marxism in 1925, at the same time gave a course of lectures on political economy at the Kharkov Technological Institute in 1921–1924. The author of over 500 scientific publications.

The representative of the group of democratic centralism , signed the "platform of 15" [1] in 1927. Excluded from the Communist Party. Arrested on December 10, 1929, convicted on February 23 (according to other sources in March) 1930 to three years of exile for counter-revolutionary activity, was in Kolpashevo, Tomsk Region . After serving his sentence, he worked as a planning economist at the Red Cadet artel in the village of Krasnaya Polyana, Kirov Region . He was convicted a second time on August 27, 1949 by the Special Conference at the Ministry of State Security of the USSR and sentenced to 10 years in prison . Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on March 24 (according to other sources in October) 1956.

Family

Brother - David Kalmanovich Dashkovsky (1885 - 1938), instructor in practical training of the Yevpatoriya site of the Agro-Joint , was convicted of imprisonment without the right to correspondence on the grounds of belonging to the counter-revolutionary Jewish bourgeois-nationalist espionage organization.
