Elio Cesar Pinto dos Anjos ( port Hélio César Pinto dos Anjos ; born March 7, 1958 , Janauba ) is a Brazilian footballer and coach who has worked with a variety of Brazilian clubs, as well as with the Saudi national team and teams from this country.

Career
As a player, Elio dos Anjos acted as a goalkeeper and played for the clubs Cruzeiro , America Mineiro , Flamengo and Joinville . In Flamengo, he played the role of the third goalkeeper after Raul Plassman and Cantareli .
In his coaching career, Elio dos Anjos has changed many Brazilian clubs, repeatedly returning to the same teams: Juventude (4), Goias (5), Fortaleza (4), Vitoria (3), “ Sports ”(3) and others. The largest number of matches (294) was led by Goiás under his leadership, who also won a number of titles with him.
In 2007, a Brazilian specialist led the Saudi team , replacing his compatriot Marcos Paketu as head coach. Under the leadership of Elio dos Angios, the team reached the final of the Asian Cup 2007 , in which they lost to the Iraqi team . From 2015 to 2017, he worked with Saudi clubs: Najran , Al-Faisali and Al-Qadisiyah . On September 16, 2017, he was appointed head coach of the Goias Club B club [1] . May 6, 2018 dismissed [2] .
