Biography
He graduated from elementary school. Since 1915, a worker at Kiev enterprises. Since 1920 - a member of the Boryspil Combat . It was published in the press. He was a member of the literary organization of Ukrainian proletarian writers "Garth" . He prepared for publication the poetic collection “The Hammer's Z-Pid” ("From the Hammer", 1919, partially published in the journal "Ukraine" , 1987, No. 45).
He died during the Great Patriotic War at the hands of the Nazis.
The verses of E. Kachailo are characterized by dynamism , revolutionary pathos. Served as a prototype of the Worker in the poem "Rozkol Poetiv" by P. Tychina
