Biography
Born in 1936 in Kamen-Rybolov. Member of the CPSU since 1956.
Since 1958 - on economic, public and political work. In 1958 - 1994 - loader, locksmith and toolmaker of an electrical appliance plant in the city of Tiraspol, Moldavian SSR, locksmith of a mining equipment repair shop, a mine shaft miner, a mine face miner, a foreman of the Burkandya integrated mine brigade of the Berelekhsky mining and processing plant of the North-East of the USSR Ministry of Non-Ferrous Gold Mining .
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 19, 1982, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 10th and 11th convocations.
