Biography
Born March 20, 1961 in the village of Buy-sur-Damville (department of Er ). By education - expert accountant, worked in this area until 2014; in 2002 she joined the Party in Support of the Republic , later reformed into the Union for the Popular Movement . In 2010, she was elected to the Council of the Lower Normandy region , represented the opposition in the Finance Committee. In 2011, Veronique Luvagi was elected to the General Council of the Orne Department from the canton of L'Aigle West ; in the same year she became the secretary of the branch of the Union for the Popular Movement party in the Orn department.
In June 2012, Veronique Luvagi was elected to the French National Assembly from the 2nd constituency of the Orne Department, receiving 60% of the vote in the 2nd round. In the National Assembly was a member of the Commission on Economics, Finance and Budget Control. In June 2016, she made a report on the taxation of food production.
In March 2014, Veronique Luvagi topped the list of right-wingers in municipal elections in the city of L'Aigle and led him to victory, taking the post of mayor of the fourth most populated city in the city of Orne.
