Geography
The village of Novaya is located east of the village of Verkhnyaya Matryonka , along the highway Verkhnyaya Matryonka - Bereznegovatka . The street network is represented by two streets, on both sides of which there are residential buildings.
History
The name indicates a newly emerged point of population, as opposed to an old settlement. It arose in the Soviet period, which reflected hope for a new life in the conditions of a collective farm village.
