History

The Central State Archive of Ancient Acts contains a document of 1615, which mentions the village of Kladovaya under the Rivne forest [2] . There are several versions of the appearance of the name of the village. A.P. Nikulov in his historical work “Oskol Land” puts forward the version that: “The storage village is under the Rovny forest, in the upper river of the Kolodets-Rzhavets river. The name was probably obtained from one of the springs (a fount — a source, a spring, a well), which is the source of the aforementioned river. ” The head of the Far Eastern section of heraldists I. I. Kondaurov believes that the village bears the name from the name of the landowner Kladov Yeremey Vasilyevich [3] . Initially, the village was called the Pantry. By the end of the 17th century, it entered the Ublinsky (Rivne) camp of the Starooskolsky uyezd, and in 1720, due to the formation of provinces and dividing them into provinces, it entered, like the Stary Oskol uyezd , into the Belgorod province. In 1796, the Decree of August 29 formed the Kursk province , which included the Starooskolsky uyezd, divided at the end of the eighteenth century into three parts, each part into hundreds, fifty and tens. The village of Kladovaya entered part III, in which there were 19 hundred.

In 1855, a wooden Dmitrievskaya church was built in the village. Not preserved [4] .

In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village of Kladovaya became the village of Novo-Kladov.

In 1928 it became part of the newly formed Starooskolsky district . Since July 1928, Novo-Kladovoye has been the center of the Novo-Kladovsky village council, which, in addition to the central village, included the village of Nizhne-Rovenka.

In 1929, collective farms began to form, which included poor peasants. In Novo-Kladovoy, the Vareikis collective farm arose, and then the Komintern collective farm.

During the Great Patriotic War, the village survived the occupation, which lasted from July 1942 to January 1943. It was released on February 2, 1943. After the war, found its current name - Novokladovoe.

In 1957-1958 a club was built, in 1967 the village was electrified.

In 1969, the remains of the soldiers-liberators and defenders of the village of Novokladovoy were reburied from a civilian cemetery. A monument to the “Warrior-Liberator” was erected near the building of an eight-year school, on which 26 names of soldiers who died in the battles for the liberation of the village of Novokladovoe were knocked out.

Currently, individual housing construction is being intensively carried out between the villages of Lapygino and Novokladovoy.
