Biography
Since 1957, she lived with her family in the city of Gorky , where she graduated from high school. In 1978, she graduated from Gorky State University named after N. I. Lobachevsky with a degree in Industrial Economics. Since 1978, she worked in the specialty at the Elektromash plant in Gorky.
Since 1991 - in the service of the customs authorities. Since 1991, she worked as a senior inspector of Nizhny Novgorod Customs, later transferred to the Volga Customs Department, where over time she became the first deputy head of this department - the head of the customs revenue service.
Since September 2004 - in the central office of the Federal Customs Service , was appointed deputy head of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation [2] . Lieutenant General of the Customs Service [3] .
Since March 2012 - State Secretary - Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service [4] . Since May 2016 - Deputy Head of the Federal Customs Service [5] .
With the assignment in 2017 of the special rank of Colonel General of the Customs Service, she became the first woman in such a high rank and the second woman in Russia - Colonel General, after Elena Leonenko , who was awarded the title of Colonel General of Justice in 2012.
Dismissed from the post of deputy head of the FCS on May 28, 2019 due to retirement [6] .
