Biography

Born in the family of a real state adviser F.K. Grevenitz . In service and class rank since 1825, after the end of the Alexander Lyceum .

In 1844 he was promoted to full state adviser with the appointment of the Director of the General Chancellery of the Ministry of Finance . Since 1851, assistant to the state secretary of the State Council of the Russian Empire .

In 1853 he was promoted to Privy Councilor . From 1853 to 1884, the senator was present and first present at the General Meeting of the 3rd, 4th, 5th Departments and the Heraldry Department of the Governing Senate . In 1873 he was promoted to acting privy councilor .

He was awarded all Russian orders up to the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky with diamond signs granted to him in 1875.
