Geography
The village is located on the banks of the Peksha River 13 km south from the center of the village of Peksha , 18 km east of the district center of Petushka , 6 km east of the city of Kosterevo .
History
In 1578, the village of Kuzmoy Danilov attached the village of Zheltuhino. According to the scribe books of 1628 in Zheltuhino there were 6 peasant households and 4 empty [2] .
In the XIX - early XX centuries it was part of the Lipen volost of the Pokrovsky district of the Vladimir province , since 1921 - as part of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district of the Moscow province . In 1859 [3] there were 15 yards in the village, in 1905 [4] - 25 yards, in 1926 [5] - 32 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Abbakumovsky village council of the Petushinsky district of the Moscow region , since 1944 - as part of the Vladimir region , since 1949 - as part of the Lipensky village council , since 2005 - as part of the Pekshinsky rural settlement .
