Biography
Born in the family of an employee. In 1939 he graduated from the Zhytomyr Mechanical College.
Since 1939 - in the Red Army. Member of the Great Patriotic War since 1941. He served as an aviation engineer, clerk of the senior operational part of the headquarters of the 35th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1944 .
After demobilization, he worked at party work in Zhitomir: instructor, deputy head, department head, secretary of the Zhytomyr city committee of the CP (b) U.
In 1951-1954 - student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine in Kiev.
In 1954-1960 - head of the propaganda and agitation department of the Sevastopol City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine; Secretary, 2nd Secretary of the Sevastopol City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
From 1960 to 1972 - 1st Secretary of the Sevastopol City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
From 1963 to 1967 - Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the VI convocation . From 1967 to 1971 - Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the VI convocation . From 1971 to 1975 - Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the VIII convocation
Since 1972 - Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the USSR under the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR.
Then - a personal pensioner of national importance. May 24, 1982 he died in Sevastopol. He was buried at the Kommunarov cemetery .
