Short biography
Sergey Karginov was born on September 5, 1969 in the city of Vologda , USSR .
From 1987 to 1989 he served in the army.
In 2003 he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Vologda region .
In 2005, he graduated from the Institute of World Civilizations as a lawyer.
In December 2011, he was elected to the sixth convocation of the State Duma as part of a federal list of candidates from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (Vologda Region).
In November 2015, on the eve of the elections to the State Duma of the seventh convocation, he headed the Office of Party Organization of the Central Liberal Democratic Party.
In September 2016, he was again elected to the State Duma of the seventh convocation for the federal part of the federal list of candidates from the LDPR. Member of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues.
From 2016 - First Deputy Head of the Central Administration of the Liberal Democratic Party.
