Biography
Born in 1921 in the village of Pavlovichi. Member of the CPSU since 1944. Graduate of the Kharkov Aviation and Technical School and the Higher Aviation School of the Civil Air Fleet.
- Member of the Great Patriotic War, aircraft mechanic.
Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1979 - in managerial work in civil aviation:
- Head of Krasnodar Airport,
- Head of Sochi Airport,
- Head of the North Caucasus Civil Aviation Administration,
- deputy Minister,
- First Deputy Minister of Civil Aviation of the USSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 9th convocation.
He died in Moscow in 1983.
