Fabrizio Bentivoglio ( Italian: Fabrizio Bentivoglio ; born January 4, 1957 , Milan , Italy ) is an Italian theater and film actor, director and screenwriter. One of the most successful actors in contemporary Italian cinema. During his acting career, he played roles in more than 60 films, television films and series. It is noted by numerous (more than 20) national and international professional and festival film awards.

Biography

Fabrizio Bentivoglio was born on January 4, 1957 in Milan, Italy. He was the only child in the family, his father worked as a dentist, and his mother was a housewife. While studying in high school, Leonardo da Vinci had a passion for music and football. At the end of school for one season (1970-71) he played in the youth team of Inter. He was forced to leave his sports career due to a left knee injury and entered the acting school of the Piccolo Theater , where his acting debut took place.

In 1980, Fabrizio Bentivoglio made his film debut, starring in Alfredo Giannetti ’s film “The Blue-eyed Bandit, ” where Franco Nero and Delilah di Lazzaro were his partners. After the film “ Marrakesh Express ”, Bentivoglio began many years of creative collaboration with director Gabriele Salvatores. Like Diego Abatantuono Bentivoglio became the favorite actor of Salvatorez.

In 1999, Fabrizio Bentivoglio made his debut as a director with a short film in his own script, Tipota. In 2007, he directed the feature film Forget It, Johnny!
