Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, Moscow State University (1982).
He defended his thesis "On the complexity of the information search" for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences (1986).
He defended his thesis "The optimal solution to the basic problems of storage and search in the information-graph data model" for the degree of Doctor of Physics and Mathematics (1999). Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (1999), Professor (2007).
Professor, Department of Mathematical Theory of Intelligent Systems, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Moscow State University (since 2004).
Research interests: discrete mathematics, control systems theory, database theory, automata theory, the complexity of search algorithms, VLSI synthesis.
Prepared 18 candidates of sciences [1] . The author of more than 230 scientific papers [2] [3] , including 16 monographs and study guides [4] and more than 65 US patents [5] .
