Biography

The son of Vasily Stepanovich Perfiliev (1774-1854). In 1812, after the end of His Majesty's Page, the corps was promoted to lieutenant guard and released to the Grenadier Life Guards Regiment . Member of World War II . In 1813, the lieutenant of the Pavlovsky Life Guards Regiment . In 1816 he was promoted to headquarters captain of the guard, in 1817 to captain of the guard, in 1821 to colonel of the guard. Since 1823, retired.

In 1831 he was promoted to acting state adviser with the appointment of the Ryazan governor . In 1836, in military service with production as a major general with the appointment of the head of the 2nd district of the Separate Gendarmes Corps . In 1847 he was promoted to lieutenant general .

Since 1849, chairman of private collections at the Moscow Board of Trustees of Public Contempt and trustee of the Moscow Transfiguration Almshouse . Since 1868, Chairman of the Moscow Board of Trustees, Trustee of the Moscow Commercial School , member of the boards of the Alexander School and the Moscow School of the Order of St. Catherine .

He was awarded all Russian orders up to the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky with diamond signs granted to him in 1870.

The first wife is Praskovya Semenovna Osipova (d. 13.12.1826), the daughter of retired lieutenant Semyon Efremovich Osipov. Died twelve days after the birth of her only son:

  • Vasily (1826-1890), Privy Councilor, Moscow Governor, friend of Leo Tolstoy .

The second wife (from 15.07.1832; Kostroma) is Anastasia Sergeyevna Lanskaya (1813-1891), daughter of the Minister of the Interior S. S. Lansky from his marriage with Princess V. I. Odoevskaya . According to contemporaries, she had a rather harsh voice and beautiful French, which she was taught by the French tutor Etienne. She was brought up by her mother’s friend Marya Apollonova and was very popular in Moscow. Her mind, an energetic, bold character with a responsive heart, was attractive and inspired general respect [1] . Since July 22, 1872, the cavalry lady of the Order of St. Catherine (the Lesser Cross) .
