Biography
She was born in 1921 in the village of Chakhyrly of the Lenkoran district of the Azerbaijan SSR (now a village in the Masalli region of Azerbaijan).
In 1937-1964 - the link, milkmaid of the Pravda collective farm of Masalli district. In 1959, the Pravda collective farm sold the state three times more meat, milk and eggs than the plan, and Fatulaeva herself annoyed 6511 kilograms of milk from each of the 10 cows assigned to it. In 1965-1982, the master of the Sumgait weaving factory.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 25, 1959 , for the high indicators achieved in animal husbandry, Fatulaeva Basti Khanaly kizi was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ."
Actively participated in the public life of Azerbaijan. Member of the CPSU since 1949 . Member of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan SSR of the 2nd convocation. In 1957 she was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan.
Since 1982 - a pensioner of national importance.
She died in 1986 in the city of Sumgait.
