Bogorodsky urban district is a municipality located in the northeast of the Moscow region of Russia . It corresponds to the administrative-territorial unit of the city of regional subordination Noginsk with the administrative territory [5] [6] .

It was named after the former name of its administrative center - the city of Noginsk ( Bogorodsk until 1930 [7] ).
Geography
The Bogorodsky urban district borders on the Ramensky , Shchelkovsky districts of the Moscow region , the Kirzhach district of the Vladimir region , and the city districts of the Moscow region : Chernogolovka , Losino-Petrovsky , Pavlovsky Posad , Balashikha , Elektrostal .
The area of the urban district is 811.28 km² [3] .
Hydrography
The main rivers are the Klyazma and its tributaries Vorya , Sherna , the upper reaches of Vohna (with a tributary of the Hodets ). From the small tributaries of the Klyazma: Shalovka , Lavrovka , Chernogolovka , Zagrebka , Denska ; tributary of Sherna - Dubyonka ; tributaries of Vori - Zhmuchka and Pryushenka ; and the sources of the rivers of the Moskva River basin - Doninki and Vyunka .
Of the lakes stand out: Biserovo - the largest lake in the urban district, Lukovo - the deepest lake in the urban district, Borovoe - the cleanest lake in the urban district; as well as lakes Kovorshi , Rabinovskoe and Shishovskoe .
Reservoirs and ponds: Biserovskoe Reservoir , Chernogolovsky , Kupavinsky , Borovkovsky , Ivanovsky , Pashukovsky and Kolontaevsky Ponds are driven by Klyazma within the Noginsk Assumption Dam and Sherna Karavaevskaya Dam.
There are several reservoirs on the site of former quarries: Aborinsky and Uspensky - communicating with Klyazma , "Chocolate".
Natural resources
Refractory white clays, as well as thick-porcelain raw materials and building clays at the largest in the Moscow region “Kudinovsky” deposit near the town of Elektrougli with reserves of about 3 billion tons.
Dolomites (Bunkovo), sand and gravel material ( Balobanovo ), glass sands ( Staraya Kupavna ) are mined on the territory of the okrug.
History
On January 1, 2018, the rural settlement of Stepanovskoye of the Noginsky municipal district was abolished and transferred from it to the city district Elektrostal [8] [9] , and the remaining urban and rural settlements of the Noginsky municipal region by law No. 68/2018-OZ of May 23, 2018 transformed on June 5, 2018 by combining them into the Bogorodsky City District [10] .
The symbolism of the Noginsky municipal district was adopted as the coat of arms and flag of the Bogorodsky urban district as its successor [11] [12] [13] .

The economic potential of the urban district is formed, first of all, due to industry , the main industries of which are: chemical production ; food production , including drinks ; manufacture of rubber and plastic products; manufacture of other non-metallic products; manufacture of electrical equipment, electronic and optical equipment, etc.
Chemical production in the city district is represented by Akrikhin JSC and Himreaktivkomplekt Plant JSC (production of medicines ), SetesCosmetics LLC and Henkel RUS LLC (production of perfumes and cosmetics ), as well as Elf-Filling, LLC Lacra Synthesis, MeffertProducts LLC and Raduga Synthesis LLC (production of paints and varnishes, etc.).
Food and beverage production is concentrated at such enterprises as the Bogorodsky meat processing plant, Martin LLC, Aqualife Production Company LLC, Khlebprom OJSC, EFKO OJSC, Noginsky Food Plant, Russian Sea JSC, Noginsk bakery, Bogorodsky cold storage.
Electrical equipment, electronic and optical equipment are produced by such large enterprises as JSC Zavod Energokabel, LLC TEL-Electronics, Research and Design Institute of Electric Coal Products, CJSC Mikros.
Rubber and plastic products are produced by LLC M-Plastika, LLC Hubner, LLC Albea RUS, LLC Polikom, etc.
The need for building organizations in aerated concrete, building metal structures, bituminous mixtures based on natural asphalt and ceramic tiles is provided by the Noginsky Plant of Construction Products, PERI LLC, Bonolit-Construction Solutions OJSC, Noginsky Tube Profile Plant, Noginsky Construction Mixes Plant LLC, LLC BITUMIX ”, Foundry and Mechanical Plant.
The production of lace mesh and curtain-tulle fabric , hosiery , overalls specializes in the enterprises of LLC Textil M, LLC AKOS TEKS, OJSC Krasnaya Tape, LLC Texvel.

This industry is formed by such enterprises as CJSC Noginskoye, LLC Elota, LLC APH Kudinovo, farms NM Volkova, EI Tkachenko, specializing in dairy farming and plant growing , Biserovsky Fish Plant JSC - in fish farming , LLC “Cobb Russia” - in breeding poultry farming , farm A. Strikh - in crop production , OJSC "Moscow" for breeding "- in the production of bull breeding.
- Industrial and multifunctional parks
37 kilometers from Moscow along the Gorkovsky highway , 50 kilometers from the Zhukovsky airport is the Bogorodsk industrial park - the largest private park in Russia. FE Bogorodsk is an industrial zone with 35 active residents from 9 countries. The industrial zone covers 256 hectares , with a total number of 6,200 employees. A feature of the park is its autonomous nature, which completely eliminates the problem of technological connection to networks during the commissioning of new facilities. Residents of the park are offered lease or redemption of industrial land with already completed communications, construction of industrial or warehouse facilities , as well as favorable conditions for financing and lending.
The formation of the park began in 2006 as a result of the adoption of the Decree of the Government of the Moscow Region dated 30.06.2005 No. 410/24 “On approval of the Program of the Government of the Moscow Region on the creation of industrial districts on the territory of the Moscow Region for the period until 2010”. The aim of the project is the concentration of high-tech industries, the introduction of scientific organization of labor with the simultaneous development of social infrastructure in the Bogorodsky urban district, the creation of new jobs.
The anchor companies of the park are representatives of German business, which play a leading role in the structure of the cluster. In 2017-2018, the company opened production facilities in the park: YKK ( Japan ), Volmann ( Germany ), Scania ( Sweden ), Pharmalact ( Serbia ), Sismex ( Japan ). Prospects for the development of FE Bogorodsk include a total area of up to 400 hectares . The number of jobs within the industrial park is up to 10,000. The development period is 5-7 years. The number of enterprises is up to 50.
On the territory of the rural settlement Bunkovskoye , on the 58th kilometer of the Gorky Highway , there is a multifunctional park "Uspensky". The area of the park is 200 hectares . There are 4 production enterprises, 2 logistics centers , a service center for the sale, technical and warranty service of cars , as well as CJSC Agrocomplex Noginsky, one of the largest producers of dry egg melange and bottled drinking water in the eastern suburbs of Moscow .
Atlant-Park complex is located 27 kilometers from MKAD along the Gorky Highway on an area of 112.5 hectares . It has warehouses for shelf storage with built-in technical facilities. Atlant-Park is the largest warehouse and production complex of the eastern direction of the Moscow region .
In 2018 , near the village of Bulgakovo along the Nosovikhinsky highway , the first phase of the Vostochny transport and logistics center was commissioned. The complex occupies 105 hectares and is intended for the processing of goods going to the Moscow region by rail . It includes a container terminal with two sites, a fleet of material handling equipment, administrative and office complexes, storage facilities with a total area of 300,000 sq.m. The construction of Vostochny TLC began in 2017 after the signing of a tripartite agreement between the Government of the Moscow Region , Russian Railways and OblTransTerminal. On the basis of the Vostochny TLC, it is planned to create a transport and logistics hub - the Vostochny industrial park , whose total area will be about 311 hectares .

- two-way branch from Fryazevo to Shchelkovo and Mytishchi ( Kashino , Kolontaevo stops and in the neighboring GO Elektrostal stop Lesnaya )
There are also freight lines: Kupavinskaya (to Old Kupavna ) and Chernogolovskaya (to Chernogolovka from Noginsk ).

In the Red Electric district of Noginsk there is a Noginsk electrical substation, which is part of the Moscow energy ring and matches a dense network of power lines.

An external Moscow ring gas pipeline with branches to large settlements passes through the urban district.
In the urban district, there is also a large oil product pipeline supplying jet fuel to Chkalovsky and Sheremetyevo airports from the Moscow and Ryazan refineries .
Education
In municipalities of the urban district, 98 municipal educational institutions function, of which: preschool education - 50, general education - 42, additional education - [18] .
Health
The main link in the provision of primary and specialized medical care to the population is the Noginsk Central Regional Hospital , a state budgetary healthcare institution of the Moscow Region (GBUZ MO “NTSRB”). The structure of GBUZ MO “NTSRB” includes 16 separate structural units (branches) serving the population of the urban district. To provide medical services to rural residents, in 2017-2018, feldsher-obstetric centers were built and commissioned in the villages of Pochinki , Timokhovo , and Karavaevo .
Culture
There are 75 cultural institutions in the towns of the city district, including 31 libraries , 7 municipal educational institutions of additional education for children in the field of culture, the Noginsk Museum and Exhibition Center with a branch, the Brass Band of the Bogorodsky City District, the Moscow Regional Drama and Comedy Theater, Noginsk District Branch of the All-Russian Creative Public Organization “ Union of Artists of Russia ” (Noginsk House of Artists). On the territory of the city district there are 154 objects of cultural heritage .
Social Protection
In the district there are 4 state budgetary institutions of social services of the Moscow region :
- Noginsk comprehensive center for social services for the population (day care, emergency social services and social rehabilitation department);
