The administrative center is the city of Ibra .

Geography

Northern Sharkiya is located in the east of the country. In the north it borders with Muscat governorate, in the east with the governorate of South Al-Sharqiya , in the south with the governorate of El-Wust , and in the west with the governorate of Al -Dahiliya .
