Biography
Born in 1918 in the village of Vatskovo. Member of the CPSU since 1939.
Member of World War II. Since 1947 - on economic, social and political work. In 1947 - 1978 - Senior agronomist of the trust of dairy state farms of the Chelyabinsk region, instructor of the agricultural department of the Chelyabinsk regional committee of the CPSU (b), 1st secretary of the Krasnoarmeysky district committee of the CPSU, head of the agricultural department of the Chelyabinsk regional committee of the CPSU, deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Chelyabinsk regional Council of Workers' Deputies, head of the Group for the North Caucasus Regions Ministers of the RSFSR, deputy head of the department of agriculture of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR, chairman of the executive committee of Yaroslavl / rural / region Council of Deputies of Workers at the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 6th convocation.
He died after 1985.
