Biography
Kelly was born in Pennsylvania (USA) on August 14, 1952. He was fond of cybernetics since childhood.
Kelly lives in California, he is married to biochemist Gia-Miin Fuh and has three children: Kaileen, Ting and Tywen.
Books
Kelly has published several books on futurology , cybernetics, the future of technology and economics.
