Biography
Born on January 26, 1948 in Temirtau, Karaganda region. He died on January 6, 2008.
Member of the CPSU. Since 1966 - on economic, social and political work. In 1966 - 2008 - assistant steelworker, student, secretary of the Komsomol factory-technical college; the second, the first secretary of the city committee of the Komsomol Temirtau; Secretary, Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol Committee, First Secretary of the Metallurgical District Committee of the CPSU, Inspector of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Kokchetav Regional Executive Committee, President of the KRAMDS-Kokcheta Corporation, Director of Tekhnokontrakt LLP.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR 11-12th convocations, people's deputy of the Kazakh SSR. He was awarded the Order "Badge of Honor", medals, diplomas of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
