Biography
Born in 1937 in the Fedorovsky district. Member of the CPSU.
Since 1962 - on economic, social and political work. In 1962 - 1996 - agronomist, chief agronomist, director of state farms, first deputy chairman, chairman of the Kustanai oblast executive committee, deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, first deputy chairman of the State Agro-Industrial Committee - Minister of the Kazakh SSR, head of the Main Directorate for the Protection of the Wildlife under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR of the 9th, 10th and 11th convocations.
He died in 1999.
