Three-stalked chaffinch ( Latin: Cerástium cerastoídes ), or dichodon cephalic ( Díchodon cerastoides ), is a species of perennial dicotyledonous flowering plants belonging to the genus Chaffolk ( Cerastium ) of the Caryophyllaceae family.

A perennial loose- grass herb with ascending or erect stems , rooting in the lower nodes, up to 20 cm long, in the upper part with glandular pubescence. The leaves are opposite, oblong to linear, 1-2 cm long and up to 2.5-4 mm wide, upper - sometimes with glandular pubescence.
Flowers on glandular pedicels , collected in the apical forks inflorescence. When flowering, the pedicels deviate downward. Calyx with 5 blunt sepals 4-5.5 mm long. The petals are white, 1.5-2.5 times longer than the calyx, with an incision up to one third of the length. Three columns, rarely four.
The fruit is an oblong shaped box that opens with six teeth. Seeds are numerous, small.
