General information
The name of Pueblo Nuevo with the Spanish language can be translated as a new settlement.
The area of ββthe municipality is 60 kmΒ², which is 0.2% of the total state area [3] , and the highest point is located in the settlement of Colony-Progresista and is equal to 1773 meters [1] .
Pueblo Nuevo borders with other municipalities in the state of Guanajuato : in the north and west with Irapuato , in the east with Salamanca , and in the south with Valle de Santiago [4] .
