Biography
In the Armed Forces of the USSR since 1977. In 1981 he graduated from the Tashkent Higher Combined Arms Command School named after V.I. Lenin .
Since 1981, he served as commander of a motorized rifle platoon of the 1217th motorized rifle regiment of the 67th motorized rifle division of the 35th combined arms army of the Far Eastern Military District . In September 1983, he joined the limited contingent of Soviet troops in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan . He participated in the Afghan war , being the commander of a machine-gun platoon, and since 1984 - the commander of a motorized rifle company , and from the same year - the commander of an airborne assault company of the 70th separate guards motorized rifle brigade of the 40th combined arms army of the Turkestan military district . The brigade was and was conducting hostilities in the territory of the Kandahar province , but the battalion in which N. Lityuk fought was also involved in combat operations in the Panjshir Gorge . In Afghanistan, he was wounded and also had typhoid fever .
Since 1985, he commanded a company of recovering in the 938th center of recovering Turkestan military district. Since 1988 - chief of staff - deputy commander of the battalion for the educational process of the Tashkent Higher Combined Arms Command School named after V.I. Lenin. In 1989 he was sent to study. In 1992 he graduated from the command department of the Military Academy named after M.V. Frunze . Since 1992 - Deputy Commander of the 145th Civil Defense Brigade in the Moscow Military District .
From 1994 to 2017, he served in the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia , at first he commanded the 145th separate rescue brigade of the Central Regional Center for Civil Defense, Emergencies in Disaster Management in Nizhny Novgorod. Since 1997 - First Deputy Head of the North Caucasus Regional Center for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management . From 2001 to September 2011 - First Deputy Head of the Southern Regional Center for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management . In September 2011, he was dismissed from military service [2] , enlisted in special service. Since October 2011 - Head of the North Caucasus Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia . By the same Decree, Colonel Lityuk N.P. was awarded the special rank of Major General of the Internal Service [3] . Lieutenant General of the Internal Service (12.13.2012) [4] . In 2014, President of Russia V.V. Putin extended his service life in excess of the established age limit until September 2019 [5] . However, two years before the expiration of this period, N. P. Lityuk was dismissed and dismissed from special service by the Decree of the President of Russia of February 2, 2017 [6] .
Since July 11, 2017 - Assistant to the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District [7] . Acting State Advisor to the Russian Federation, Class 2 (12/2/2017) [8] .
Married, has a son and two daughters.
