Geography
The village is located on the banks of the Small Kirzhach River , 17 km east of the center of the village of Gorka and 16 km north of the district center of the city of Kirzhach .
History
The village was first mentioned in the hundredth excerpt from 1562, it contained 15 peasant households [2] .
In the XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Zherdevsky volost of the Pokrovsky district , since 1926 - as part of the Kirzhach volost of the Alexander district . In 1859 [3] there were 23 yards in the village, in 1905 [4] - 30 yards, in 1926 [5] - 34 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Sloboda village council of the Kirzhach region , since 1971 it was part of the Ilkino village council , and since 2005 it has been a part of the Gorkinsky rural settlement .
