Location
Sanatorium "Livadiya" is located in the city of Kazan (on the territory of the Soviet district ), on the left bank of the river Kazanka , in a picturesque forest.
From the steep bank, located on the territory of the sanatorium, there is a view of the Kazanka River and the eastern outskirts of the Novo-Savinovsky district .
