Biography

Born in 1930 in the village of Arslanovo, Chishminsky district, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1934, the family moved to Uzbekistan. From 1937 to 1947 he studied at high school, which he graduated with a silver medal. Then he studied at the Faculty of History of the Central Asian State University in Tashkent (1952 graduate). Connects labor activity with teaching, science and public work. With his wife raised two children, raised two grandchildren.

Activities

The first place of work is a teacher and graduate student of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers , where he worked for 16 years.

From 1968 to 1975 he conducted pedagogical and scientific activities, including studied at the doctoral program of the Ufa Aviation Institute . Here he creates a sociological laboratory (1973), defends his doctoral dissertation (1975), and in 1976 receives the academic title of professor.

In 1977-1988 he worked at the Bashkir State Pedagogical Institute , where he also created and headed the sociological laboratory at the department.

At Bashkir State University, it began its activities in 1988, first as a professor in the Department of Philosophy, then becoming the head of the Department of Economics and Sociology of Labor, and since 1991, head of the Department of Sociology. From 2000 to 2006 He was the head of the Department of Applied and Industrial Sociology of BashSU. The initiator and active participant in the opening of university admission to such specialties as “Sociology” (1991) and “Social Work” (1994).

He is the author of more than 300 scientific papers, including 8 monographs, the head and developer of a number of draft state programs, including a number of recent publications that contain a prospectus for the concept of the state program "Social Reforms in the Republic of Bashkortostan" and the state program "Plan for the Forecast of Social Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 1998-2000 and until 2005 ”, one of the authors and the editor-in-chief of which was D.M. Gilyazitdinov (published in 1998) [2] .

Merit

  • Awarded the silver medal to them.
