MyTona

MyTona (MayTona LLC) is a Russian developer and publisher of mobile free-to-play games . The company was founded in 2012 by the twin brothers Athanasius and Alexey Ushnitsky. MyTona Headquarters is located in Yakutsk , Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) . The company has offices in Ivanovo , Vladivostok , Singapore , St. Petersburg [1] and Auckland [2] . History

The founders of the company, Alexey and Afanasy Ushnitsky, began developing games in 2005. On their first computer, they created Boxy Goxy [4] in two months.

In 2006, they created the first company to develop games for personal computers and browsers - Sulus Games [4] .

In 2008, the Boxy Goxy remake was released with improved graphics and gameplay - Xango Tango [4] .

In 2009, another casual game appeared - Strange Cases [4] .

In 2012, Ushnitski created a new company to create mobile free-to-play games - MyTona [5] .

Every year, MyTona holds an internal conference MyTonaCON, where employees from all offices traditionally gather to exchange experience and discuss company plans [6] .

Since 2017, the company has been organizing the annual republican conference on digital 2D and 3D graphics in Yakutsk - MyTona CG eXPo [7] .

Products

At the beginning of 2019, 5 games were released on mobile devices - Seekers Notes, Cooking Diary, Ravenhill, Riddleside, Manastorm.

In 2015, the company released the game Seekers Notes (Notes of the Seeker) [8] . Seekers Notes is included in the “Top Grossing Games of 2018 from Teams from Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States” according to App Annie [9] .

In 2018, the company launched Cooking Diary, a time management game. On March 19, 2019, Cooking Diary won the People's Choice Award at the 15th International Mobile Gaming Awards in San Francisco. [10] .
